Manners get stronger when they are attached to real moments.
The Manners Mixtape uses short tracks and repeatable language to practise social routines such as greetings, turn-taking and everyday courtesy. The point is not formal etiquette. It is making common interactions easier to recognize and perform.
“Use manners” is broad. A greeting at the door, asking to join a game and disagreeing without insulting someone are teachable moments with visible actions.
The track should help students remember the routine. Stop and practise the actual interaction so the song does not become background entertainment.
Not every student will want to act out every social situation publicly. Whole-class call-and-response or partner practice can lower the social risk.
Reference the phrase when the moment actually arrives. The lesson matters when the language becomes useful outside the track.
