Terms & Educational Use

Teachers, educators, families and coaches may access and use the publicly available tools for ordinary educational and non-commercial instructional use. “Free to use” does not transfer ownership of the site, source code, artwork, product names or underlying intellectual property.

Student-facing launch pages are designed for teacher-supervised group use. They do not require student accounts. Do not use the site to collect or enter sensitive student information. Local browser features, where present, are intended for ordinary classroom settings and should not be treated as a school record system.

The Fixes provides classroom and coaching tools, routines, games and editorial guidance. It does not replace professional judgment, board or school policies, individualized plans, safeguarding duties, medical advice, mental-health care or emergency procedures. Teachers and coaches remain responsible for deciding whether a resource fits their setting.

The Fixes Program name, original product names, site design, artwork, writing, game systems and code are protected works. You may use the tools as provided. You may not copy, resell, repackage, scrape, mirror, remove ownership notices, or publish derivative versions as your own without written permission.

Teacher-facing pages may use third-party services such as analytics, payment processing or advertising. Classroom launch screens are intentionally separated from those commercial elements. External services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

The site is actively maintained and may change as tools are improved, retired, renamed or reorganized. The goal is reliability, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. If a tool is important to a lesson, teachers should always have a normal classroom fallback.

Use of the tools does not require payment. Optional support after use is voluntary and does not create a subscription, membership or entitlement to future features unless a page explicitly says otherwise.
