How The Game Crew Fix™ works

Parents collect. Coaches interpret.

The Game Crew Fix™ gives each parent volunteer one simple game-day job and brings the results back to the coach. It is built for youth coaches who want useful information about a game without becoming the team statistician. There are no accounts, no cloud database and nothing to install: the coach's season lives in their own browser.

1. Create the game

Tap New Game Crew, then choose the sport, opponent, date and the parent jobs you want tracked. Setup should take less than a minute.

2. Share one job per parent

Each parent gets one small tracker. Tap Share, then send it to the parent or copy the link. They never see a roster screen or settings.

3. Coach the game

Parents tap their one stat when it happens and use Undo if they make a mistake. You do not need to watch a dashboard or manage anyone during play.

4. Parents finish the job

At the end, each parent taps Finish Job and sends the packaged result to the coach through their phone's share sheet or a copied link.

5. Add the result

Open each result link and tap Add to Game. The game snapshot and season data update automatically.

6. Read the season

Game Snapshot, Coach Read, Season Summary and Last 5 vs Season show whether a tracked behaviour is moving up, down or staying flat.

What parents should and should not track

Parents track objective events, such as shots on net for each team. They do not rate, rank or judge individual players. Keeping each job to one countable event keeps the stands supportive and keeps evaluation where it belongs: with the coach.

Keep your season safe

Game Crew is local-first. Season data stays in the browser and device the coach uses, not in a paid cloud service. Download a season backup now and then, especially before changing phones, browsers or devices, and use the backup file to restore the season on another device.
